The founders whose conviction built Fayetteville PACT.

Our Founders

Built by Veterans, Driven by Justice

Fayetteville PACT was founded in 2015 by Shaun McMillian and Kathy Greggs, both U.S. Army combat veterans. McMillian's research into racial profiling within the Fayetteville Police Department prompted him to establish this accountability group with Greggs' assistance. They collaborated with Ivonna Gonzalez to develop the organization's framework.
