Fayetteville PACT was established in 2015 by Shaun McMillian and Kathy Greggs, both U.S. Army combat veterans. Shaun was bothered by the deaths of Tamir Rice and Trayvon Martin — and that conviction continues to guide our board today.

Born September 8, 1975. Immediately after graduating from Bayshore High School in Bradenton, FL in June of 1993, he joined the United States Marine Corps.
