About Us

Leadership Rooted in Service

Fayetteville PACT was established in 2015 by Shaun McMillian and Kathy Greggs, both U.S. Army combat veterans. Shaun was bothered by the deaths of Tamir Rice and Trayvon Martin — and that conviction continues to guide our board today.
