Pastor Anthony Faison- Board Member since 2022, previously served as a volunteer. Anthony Faison is the Founder and Executive Director of Always Ready 2 Fight Reentry Resources (ARF) a non-profit organization. ARF Reentry Resources is a program that assists individuals with unfavorable backgrounds with employment, education, housing, health and wellness, substance abuse, mental health, family support, as well as transportation.

Before establishing this organization, Anthony was a young gentleman, like most that walked in the wilderness and traveled through many valleys. He later realized that God had a plan for his life.  

He is an ex-offender that spent 10 years in prison for the unwise choices made; he truly knows about the metamorphosis stage that can change a person into a productive citizen that God called to be a representative of a man given a 2^nd chance.  He is the founder and Pastor of 2^nd Chance Ministries Deliverance Center of Fayetteville, NC, which he shares the calling with his wife Pastor Rosa “Lady G” Faison.

They host the powerful Sunday Morning Inspirations on 107.7 Jamz FM from the hours of 6-11 am every Sunday. As Pastor of the church, Anthony is the CEO of 2^nd Chance Ministries Outreach, an outreach that helps ex-offenders that desire another chance in life mainstream back to society, a path that Anthony is well aware of how to travel with the guidance of the Lord.  He is very passionate in ministering to people about the God of a 2^nd chance. Anthony serves as consultant for The Inmates to Entrepreneur Program with The Brian Hamilton Foundation. He served as Case Manager for the Fayetteville Cumberland Re-Entry Council and served on the Executive Board. 

He also served as a Faith Based Coordinator at Operation Ceasefire.  Some of his other accomplishments were serving on the Board of Directors of Life Worth Living and Myrover-Reese Fellowship Homes, and the Vice President of Project Fresh Start. Anthony Faison has proved himself to the community to be a man of God always ready to fight for others and to follow his journey that lies ahead.
