ABOUT FAYETTEVILLE PACT

Fayetteville PACT was established in 2015 with Shaun Mcmillian and Kathy Greggs who both are US Army Combat Veterans. Shaun was bothered by the death of Tamir Rice and Trevor Martin. Shaun started to research city of Fayetteville Police Department on Racial Profiling driving while black data. Shaun asked Kathy to help form a police accountability group in Fayetteville. Shaun and Kathy met with Blueprint NC Ivanna Gonzalez to develop a formation of a pact.

Focus Areas

Police Accountability

Fayetteville PACT will continue to educate, promote all citizens and partners on civilian police oversight authority with citizen review boards across NC and National. We believe that civilians should determine reprimands to the police who violate constitutional and civil rights along with civil liberties (detention and jails).

Civil Engagement

We assist with using non government agencies and hold government agencies and services accountable for those to integrate back in society

Reintegration

Reintegration helps an offender adjust and fit back into the community. Restorative is used for the prevention of rule breaking and as an intervention after a rule is broken. Fayetteville PACT assists with this process outside of using government agencies.
